Ottawa 3017 is an interactive work presented in an RPG style format for PC and Mac, created in response to Ottawa 2017 and the Canada 150 celebrations. It asks the player what their Ottawa would look like if they had to rebuild it after many years of abandonment. What are the most important elements of a thriving community? Set in a distant future in which human civilization has succumb to the effects of climate change, this Ottawa resembles the present day one closely, but it is a crumbling shell of its former self, and will need lots of work to restore it.

Click on one of these to link to a Dropbox download of Ottawa 3017, and hit "download" in the top right hand corner. For PC, unzip the folder and find the "game" file in the main folder. For Mac, unzip the folder and go to Game.app > Contents > MacOS, then click on "nwjs".
